How fast is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order, tracked the whole way. Orders are dispatched in 1–5 business days, then 8–15 business days in transit — 9 to 20 business days from order to your door. Every product page shows the same window before you buy.

What if it doesn't work out?

30-day returns. If it's not right for your pet, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it — refund or replacement, your call.

Will this actually help my pet?

Every product here exists to fix one specific problem, and its page explains exactly which problem and how. If your pet's situation doesn't match, we'd honestly rather you skip it.
