Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from our overseas warehouse: dispatched in 1–5 business days, then 8–15 business days in transit — 9 to 20 business days from order to your door, tracked the whole way. Free shipping on every US order, US addresses only. Every product page states the same window, right above the buy button. No surprises.

What if my pet ignores it — or it doesn’t fit our life?
30-day returns, no interrogation. Email us.

Is the cooling mat safe for chewers?
Yes — it’s ice-silk fabric, not gel. That’s specifically why we chose it (we rejected gel mats).

Where’s my order?
You’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships. If anything looks stuck, email fm_commerce@outlook.com — a human (the founder) replies.
