Where do orders ship from?
Some items ship from our US warehouse (1–6 days), others from our overseas warehouse (10–14 days, always tracked). Every product page says which, right above the buy button. No surprises.

What if my pet ignores it — or it doesn’t fit our life?
30-day returns, no interrogation. Email us.

Is the cooling mat safe for chewers?
Yes — it’s ice-silk fabric, not gel. That’s specifically why we chose it (we rejected gel mats).

Where’s my order?
You’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships. If anything looks stuck, email fm_commerce@outlook.com — a human (the founder) replies.
