Where do orders ship from?
Most items ship from our overseas warehouse: dispatched within 1–3 days and delivered in 5–11 business days, tracked door-to-door. A few items ship from a US warehouse (3–8 days). Every product page says which, right above the buy button. No surprises.

What if my pet ignores it — or it doesn’t fit our life?
30-day returns, no interrogation. Email us.

Is the cooling mat safe for chewers?
Yes — it’s ice-silk fabric, not gel. That’s specifically why we chose it (we rejected gel mats).

Where’s my order?
You’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships. If anything looks stuck, email fm_commerce@outlook.com — a human (the founder) replies.
